Personal Data Accountable

  • To reply and manage questions, requests and/or recommendations.
  • Manage current and future hiring processes, if candidate will provide personal data and relevant CV with this intention.
  • To collect information regarding website use, clicked pages as well as visitors’ activities and use frequency. Personal Data Accountable uses mentioned statistic information redacted by Internet Service supplier not allowing user identification at no point.

Legitimisation

Authorization. Personal Data collected through website form will be processed exclusively downstream user’s authorization through clicking relevant box. The authorization can be retired anytime.

The statistical information obtained from the website will be processed based on the legitimate interest of the person responsible. This information does not allow the user to be identified.

Recipients

Personal data obtained from the website shall not be communicated to third parties, exclusively for legal obligation.

Conservation

Personal data provided by the user to receive information on commercial products and services, will be stored until the user will not request the removal and/or withdraw the consent.

In case the user is providing personal data to the ACCOUNTABLE in order to participate into a selection/hiring process, data will be processed to be involved in the hiring process; if not selected in the process personal data will be stored for a period of two years in order to involve the candidate in future selection processes.

In case the user is providing personal data to the ACCOUNTABLE to get in contact, ask questions or make recommendations, data will be stored for this aim and data processing responsibilities may arise.

Traffic and statistical data, web visits: personal data will be stored during following three years.

Rights

User can exercise his/her right of access, rectification, removal and portability of his/her processing through official letter, accompanied with valid personal identification document, addressed to CL. In case there may arise any nonconformity in data processing, user has the right to present a claim to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Underage Protection Policy

Users, who provide personal data through website form and accept data processing, shall be older than 14 years old.

It is strictly forbidden the website access and use to all users younger than 14 years old. The ACCOUNTABLE remarks to people with underage children under his/her responsibility that they will be responsible for if any underage child will release personal data to request any product and service.

We inform that there are informatic software which deny the navigation through certain websites and/or contents.

Data processing obtained through social networks

Following our accounts on social networks, user is expressly accepting data processing in compliance with privacy policy of relevant social network. At the same time, user is accepting the access of the ACCOUNTABLE to personal data and information contained in his/her profile, including the fact that ACCOUNTABLE news will be published on user “home”. Request for connection on social networks implicates the acceptance for mentioned data processing. Data will be stored until the user will not expressly request the removal and/or withdraw his/her consent, being in the position of doing it anytime.

Publication of comments and/or any interaction on social network will be translated in public information, thus user shall take good care of his/her personal data doing it. The ACCOUNTABLE is not responsible for every information users publish on the page. However, in case user will not agree to make public his/her personal data, he/she can request their cancellation.
